Presentation and Reception on November 8 for Bogolan Exhibit in Lexington

Rubia Executive Director Catherine Rielly will give a presentation entitled "Malian Mud Cloth: Cultural Heritage and Survival" on November 8, 2018 at 7:00pm at Cary Memorial Library. This event will highlight Rubia’s exhibit of  traditional and contemporary  bogolan  (mud cloth) which will be on display in Pierce Gallery from November 3 until the end of December.  Visitors will have the opportunity to view the art work during a reception following the talk.
