Malian Mudcloth and Survival, the exhibit of bogolan textiles and images artfully brings together the tradition and the beauty of the textiles created in Mali. It includes an explanation of the origins of bogolan (mudcloth), how it is made as well as the interesting story of Rubia’s partners in Djenne and Segou.
